SitePanel3 is extremely easy to install, very little configuration is required so you can have your new help desk system up and running in as little as 5 minutes. The system only makes use of common server software and PHP modules to ensure correct operation on any web server configuration.

SitePanel3's configuraton system allows you to easily make changes to the way the entire system works, all the way from how email is sent (SMTP and mail() options available) to creating custom fields and departments; with SitePanel3 you are in complete control of your help desk. You can even customise the user interface and define email templates - complete with custom variables - for each ticket department.

SitePanel3 will even suggest solutions to a clients problem from the knolwedge base when they are creating a new support request.

Powerful ticketing system
Tickets provide a simple solution to a very common problem: how can you consolidate all of your company's support requests into a single managable source that all of your support staff can have access to? SitePanel3's advanced ticketing system provides all of this and much more including support for unlimited staff, departments and custom field options. SitePanel3 allows you to configure exactly which tickets your staff should have access to, providing a high level of control over your entire support operation.

Email piping and IMAP/POP3 parsing
SitePanel3 can acquire tickets from a vast number of different sources such as POP3 and IMAP accounts or via an email piping system. This provides a completely seamless support experience for your clients as they can simply use thier own email clients to resolve tickets or they can choose to use the web-based user interface. The sophisticated parsing engine is completely customisable and can deal with attachments, HTML mail and even filters out SPAM.

Comprehensive API and TicketCheck application
SitePanel3 also includes a comprehensive API allowing you to quickly and effortlessly integrate the system into your existing web site. Want to dynamically include any announcements made in SitePanel on your web site's front page? With the SP3 API you can, and it only requires 6 lines of code!
Also included with SitePanel3 is our new TicketCheck2 desktop application allowing you to keep track of your support centre without having to even have a web browser open.
